Delhi45 Child Safety Standards

Any confirmed CSAM, CSAE, grooming activity, or child endangerment content may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to relevant authorities, as required by law.

Any sexual exploitation or abuse involving minors
Grooming, coercion, enticement, or predatory behavior toward children
Sexualization of minors, including suggestive or exploitative content
Requests, promotion, sharing, or distribution of abusive material involving children
Any activity that threatens the safety, dignity, or well-being of a child

3. User Reporting and In-App Safety

Users can report suspicious, abusive, or unsafe content through in-app reporting and complaint-related features where available. Reports related to child safety are treated with priority.

We encourage users to report posts, profiles, media, comments, or activities that may violate child safety standards.

4. Enforcement and Review

Delhi45 reviews safety reports and may take action based on the seriousness of the violation. Actions may include:

Removal of content
Restriction of account features
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Preservation of evidence where legally required
Reporting to regional or national authorities when applicable

5. Legal Compliance

Delhi45 complies with applicable child safety laws and platform requirements. Where required by law or policy, we report confirmed illegal child sexual abuse material and related exploitative activity to relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.
